Ingredients:
I cut the cold butter into small cubes, added to the flour(s) and crumbled with cold hands. I added the sugar and mixed it with the egg. I put the dough in the fridge for (min.) 1 hour, then rolled it out in two parts on an almond flour surface. I cut the dough into slices, pressed them a little more into the almond flour and placed them on the baking tray.
I baked in a preheated fan oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. When I took them out, they still looked soft, but put them on a wire rack and they quickly set and didn’t dry out.
