Bread with linseed flour Salty Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 500 g lean cottage cheese
  • 250 g oatmeal
  • 50 g wheat flakes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. cumin seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • salt
  • seasoning as desired
  • 5 eggs
  • half a packet of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp buttermilk
  • 100 g linseed flour

Mix everything in a bowl with a hand whisk. When the dough is combined, pour it into a rectangular baking tin with a sponge. Smooth the top and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake for about 50 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin then transfer to a wire rack and slice.
