Gooseberry heaven Dessert Quick Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 140 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 17 g sugar
  • 35 g hazelnut flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 170 g melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 handful of toasted almonds
  • 2 handfuls of carefully cleaned gooseberries
  • coffee (optional)

Beat 3 eggs with 17 g sugar, add 140 g flour, 35 g hazelnut flour and 1 tsp baking powder, then fold in 170 g melted butter and pour 1 tsp vanilla extract over the top. Throw a handful of almonds into the oven, roast for 10 minutes at 180 °C, then chop and stir into the batter. Place the dough in a baking pan lined with baking paper and sprinkle 2 large handfuls of carefully cleaned almonds on top.

Bake in a 180°C oven with fan for 25-30 minutes.
