Quince with bacon and onion Gluten free Quick Salat

Ingredients:

  • 2 small quinces
  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 large head of onion
  • 2 tbsp hemp seed oil
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic 2 tablespoons of garlic
  • pepper
  • chilli pepper to taste

Peel the quince and cut into small cubes. I also chopped the bacon and onion and put them in a hot pan with hemp seed oil. When they started to brown, I added the quince cubes and cooked them together over a high heat.I seasoned them with freshly ground pepper, chopped chillies and a pinch of salt.

I piled them on toast drizzled with oil (or fried in the fat left in the bottom of the fried mixture).
