Pumpkin seed oil

This oil has a particular taste and a delicate reddish colour.

The seeds are not roasted. We obtain the oil through mechanical pressing only, thereby preserving  all its nutritional content. There are no chemicals involved in their production. We offer it in two types..

The first is pumpkin seed oil pressed from the hulless seeds of so-called “oil -pumpkins.“
The second is pumpkin seed oil is made from seeds with their hulls still attached that are sourced from “Canadian“ pumpkins used for baby food. Of course,  this oil is produced with the same technology and care as the previous type..

Pumpkin seed oil improves blood circulation and has a positive effect on blood pressure. It is also known for its benefits to nursing mothers and babies. It strengthens the immune system, slows down aging and arteriosclerosis. Consumption is recomended for men to treat and prevent prostate disease.

It has a milder taste than the oils made in the traditional way through salting and roasting processes. Pumpkin seed oil is recommended for preparing cold dishes, sauces and salads. When cooking creamy soups, sprinkle it on top as a final step.
