Sunflower flour chocholate biscuits Dessert Quick

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 mug cup (approx. 150 g) of sunflower seed flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder or baking soda
  • 1/2 cup (approx. 110 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 bag packet (8 g) of vanilla sugar
  • 2 small eggs
  • 50 g dark chocolate drops or chocolate chips in small pieces

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. If the dough is very sticky, add a little more sunflower seed flour. Shape the dough into small balls with both hands and place them in on a baking tray lined with baking parchment paper. Keep some distance between the balls. Press and flatten them with the bottom of a glass to approx. 1.5 cm thick. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until their bottom is light brown. Let them cool.
