Corn oil

This is an oil with a beautiful gold colour and a sweetish mild taste. It is outstandingly rich in vitamin E, which is a natural antioxidant. Corn-germ oil can be both ingested and used topically due to its many advantageous properties. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and can help digestion. It can be used in a variety of salads, creams, soups, vegetables. Because of its high smoke point, pleasant taste and odour, corn-germ is perfect for preparing meals in a deep fryer or a pan, e.g. breaded meats, vegetables, grilled meals or steaks.

Both in 2018 and 2019, we were honored that our organic corn-germ oil was awarded a star by the Great Taste Awards (the equivalent of an “Oscar Award” in the food industry). The Great Taste Awards is the most famous food tasting contest in the world based on blind testing.
