Hazelnuts

Hazelnuts are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins (eg vitamin E and B, folic acid), fiber, antioxidants and minerals (eg manganese, potassium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium). It supports our hormone balance, cardiovascular and nervous system, digestion and immune system with its nutrients.

We can flavour cakes with it, we can mix it with muesli and porridge.
