Sea buckthorn seed oil

A great source of vitamins (A, B, E, K), sea buckthorn seed oil is one of the most exceptional vegetable oils. Its vitamin E content is especially high.

Due to its fortifying and immunostimulatory effects, sea buckthorn seed oil is a part of an astronaut’ss diet as well.

When consumed regularly, it builds up within adipose tissues that are located under the skin surface and restores their suppleness and softness, providing visible results.

It nourishes epithelial cells and quickens their regeneration. Because of its antibacterial properties and anti-inflammatory effects, it is recommended to be both injested and applied topically. Sea buckthorn seed oil also strengthens the central nervous system by acting as a natural antidepressant.

It is recommended to consume a teaspoon of it every day, whether on its own, or mixed into yogurt, honey, or any fruit juice.

Organic version also available.
