Sesame seed butter

Sesame seed is an ancient nourishment, sometimes even called the “king of seeds”. In ancient China, expectant and nursing mothers would recieve a small bag of sesaame seeds even suring famines. Due to its hight calcium content, this seed had an important role in the ancient Chinese diet, since in the East-Asian region milk and diary products were partically unknown. It’s one of the simplest flavorants, and can be added to various types of foods – even onto buttered bread.
