Apple and walnut small rolls Dessert Quick Vegan Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll of puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 heaping tbsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 apple

I preheated the oven to 170 degrees, fan-assisted. I rolled out the dough (you just need to roll out the bolti ) and then brushed it with walnut oil. I sprinkled it with cinnamon and icing sugar, then I grated the peeled apple on top. I crushed the walnuts in a mortar into small pieces, but not into a paste, and sprinkled this over the pastry. I rolled it up starting at the longer side, then cut it into 1.5 cm slices and placed them in a muffin tin. I baked them in the hot oven for 25 minutes.
