Ingredients:
In a food processor combine nuts, nut oil, garlic and lemon juice. Season to taste and set aside. Pick the cauliflower into roses, cook in boiling salted water until crisp, then drain. Place on a plate, drizzle with the dressing and serve garnished with fresh sprouts.
