Onion and hemp seed sandwich spread Quick Salty

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes of plain butter spread
  • 1 medium-sized red onion
  • Salt (to taste, about a teaspoon)
  • 1 jar of Grapoila hemp seed cream
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (to taste)

Mix the chopped red onion and parsley with the other ingredients. The spread can be used on fresh baguette, garnished with peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, or varied with other toppings as a sandwich spread. It can also be used as a dip (diluted with a little yogurt or sour cream). The quantity mentioned in the recipe is enough for a whole crowd, so if you’re making a family-sized portion, halve the ingredients. However, it’s also convenient to have plenty in the fridge to enjoy throughout the week.
