Sesame cake with fig Dessert Quick Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 175 g flour
  • 50 g sesame flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 humped tsp. sesame butter
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml natural yoghurt
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 70 ml cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • a few pieces of figs
  • a few pieces of blackberries

Take two bowls, in one mix the flour with the baking powder, in the other mix the butter, sesame butter, sugar, eggs and yoghurt. When they are mixed separately, combine the two. Grease and flour (you can use baking paper instead) a 20×20 cm baking pan or a round cake tin (⌀: 23 cm) and bake the butter in it for about 25 minutes at 180°C, stirring to mix the air. In the meantime, make the cream: mix the mascarpone with the whipped cream and vanilla extract.

When the pastry has cooled, spread the cream on top and decorate with figs and blackberries.
