Waffles with walnut oil Dessert Quick Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 500 g flour
  • 0,5 litre milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dl walnut oil
  • 4 eggs

I mixed the flour, eggs, walnut oil and sugar and gradually added the milk until it formed a thick, lump-free dough. I heated up the waffle iron, drizzled a few more drops of nut oil over it, then put two large tablespoons of batter in. It didn’t seem like much, but the eggs (even without baking powder or baking soda) made the waffles rise nicely and fill the space.
