Rapeseed oil

Rapeseed oil has a high Omega-3 fatty acid content.  It is an immune-booster and can help relax the nervous system. When used externally, it protects the skin against harmful environmental effects. Due to its high vitamin E content, it delays skin aging and the formation of wrinkles, helps the absorption of vitamin A and protects the body against oxidation processes.

The oil obtained from rapeseed has a neutral flavour and scent. It is suitable as a substitute for sunflower seed oil. As it has a high smoke point, it is not sensitive to heat. Feel free to use it for frying or stewing. Beside this, you can also flavour pasta, salads and vegetables with it.
