Gluten-free almond biscuits

cut the cold butter into small cubes, added to the flour(s) and crumbled with cold hands. I added the sugar and mixed it with the egg.

Sesame cake with fig

Take two bowls, in one mix the flour with the baking powder, in the other mix the butter, sesame butter, sugar, eggs and yoghurt.

Gooseberry heaven

Beat 3 eggs with 17 g sugar, add 140 g flour, 35 g hazelnut flour and 1 tsp baking powder, then fold in 170 g melted butter and pour 1 tsp vanilla extract over the top.

Double chocolate muffin

Beat the eggs with the butter until foamy, then add the sugar and milk. Mix the two types of flour with the baking powder and cocoa powder and sift into the butter mixture.

Waffles with walnut oil

I mixed the flour, eggs, walnut oil and sugar and gradually added the milk until it formed a thick, lump-free dough.

Banana smoothie with walnut butter
