Sweet and sour chicken breast
I cut the chicken breasts into thin strips, the carrots also into thin, short slabs and tossed them all into the pan with 1 tbsp of hot hemp seed oil.

Beat the eggs with the butter until foamy, then add the sugar and milk. Mix the two types of flour with the baking powder and cocoa powder and sift into the butter mixture.
Cauliflower salad with sprouts and walnut oil
In a food processor combine nuts, nut oil, garlic and lemon juice. Season to taste and set aside.

I mixed the flour, eggs, walnut oil and sugar and gradually added the milk until it formed a thick, lump-free dough.
Radish-walnut butter pasta
I never throw out radish leaves, I use them to make a delicious salad, a pesto like this one, or add them to any stir-meal. Don’t waste them! It’s great for a tasty, yet minute pasta dinner.
Banana smoothie with walnut butter
For breakfast, 10 o’clock, lunch, the banana smoothie is a little spiced up. A pinch of cinnamon is also nice.
