Pumpkin seed flour scones
Pumpkin seed flour adds flavour, light colour, vegan protein and other nutrients to the well known Hungarian type of scones, and lowers their carbohydrate content.
Green focaccia
Whisk 25 g yeast in 2 dl lukewarm water, while mixing 400 g wheat flour with 150 g pumpkin seed flour, 3 dl water and 1 tbsp salt in a bowl.
Sunflower flour cracker – gluten free
Grind the flour with the grated cheese and season with salt to taste. Dice the cold butter and crumble it into the dough.
Bread with linseed flour
Mix everything in a bowl with a hand whisk. When the dough is combined, pour it into a rectangular baking tin with a sponge.
